Shipping Options:

USPS Priority– service could take 2-3 business days for delivery
USPS standard-  service could take 5-7 business days for delivery

UPS- service takes 2-5 business days for delivery

Delivery time:
For US Orders: Normally takes 2-7 business days 

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Dollz Houze Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. 

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order. Please understand we do make exceptions on a case by case basis depending on the circumstance.
